At Shoreline Aquatics, our mission is to exceed your expectations. We are not just in the business of selling products; we provide solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) to us within 90 days for a full merchandise refund. Before returning any items, please contact us at 1 (833) 355-3074 for a Return Authorization. Please Note: Opened pond & lake chemicals, used pond & lake equipment such as floating fountains, surface aerators, surface and dock mount circulators, and aeration systems, or special-order items may not be returned. Electrical units must be unaltered and in working condition.
Warranty Coverage
Unless stated otherwise, all mechanical products are covered from manufacturer defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Shoreline Aquatics will repair or replace the defective product, except in circumstances where the product is required to be submitted to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. Customers located outside of the Continental United States will be responsible for all shipping charges. Incorrect Items / Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item in your order, please contact us at 1 (833) 355-3074. A representative will assist you in correcting the issue with your order.
Return Process
Products may be returned within 90 days of purchase. All returned items must be clean, in the original packaging with instructions, and include all components. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please Note: Gift certificates, opened pond & lake chemicals, used pond & lake equipment such as floating fountains, surface aerators, surface and dock mount circulators, and aeration systems or special-order items may not be returned. Electrical units must be unaltered and in working condition.
Please follow the steps below when returning products:
Step 1 – Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #)
To expedite the return process, please call us at 1 (833) 355-3074 or email AP.SHORELINEAQUATICS@GMAIL.COM to request your RMA #. Failing to request an RMA # may result in delays or non-processing of your return/repair. Please have this number ready when inquiring about your return/repair.
Step 2 – Package your return items
Package your return items securely in a box with sufficient packaging material to protect the item and its original packaging. If you lack these materials, consider having your package professionally packed at a UPS, FedEx, or USPS location. Include a copy of the return form with your contact information completed.
Step 3 – Ship your return
Return the package via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and ensure you obtain a tracking number to confirm delivery. Ship your package to the following address:

Step 4 – Await status updates
After we receive your package, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If we have your email address on file, you will receive updates once your return/repair has been processed.
